NY 12524 Jennifer Fivelsdal JFIVE Homes Realty LLC www.jfivehomes.com With the recent signing of the Stimulus Bill an 00 tax credit was made available to First Time buyers who would purchased a home between January 1st 2009 and November 30Th 2009. This credit is only available this year, so now is the time to start looking for that new home. Before you get started here are the highlights of the tax credit. A first time buyer can also be someone who has not owned a primary residence in the last 3 years. Types of properties that can be purchased Condos, Co-op, Townhouses and single family houses which you will be required to live in. Unlike last year’s 00 credit this will not have to be paid back. Like most things, there is an income qualification. A single person can make up to 000 or a married couple filing jointly 0000 to get the entire 00. A single person making over 000 -000 and a married couple filing jointly making over 0000- 0000 would only get a percentage of the 00 tax credit. You can get the credit now by amending your 2008 taxes or claim it on your 2009 return. Keep in mind you will have to live in this home for at least three years. If it is sold earlier you will have to pay back the amount. Even if the home is financed with a state or bond fund you can still get the tax credit. I can hardly think of a better time to buy a home if you have good credit and a down payment. The interest rates are at their lowest in years; home prices …

Investigators sought to track down a North County couple and their two young children, who went missing nearly two weeks ago. Friends, relatives and business associates of Bonsall residents Joseph and Summer McStay and their sons, 4-year-old Gianni and 3-year-old Joseph Jr., have not seen them since Feb. 4, sheriff’s Lt. Dennis Brugos said. A white 1996 Isuzu Trooper owned by the family was found abandoned in San Ysidro, 10News learned. The McStays’ absence came to light Monday evening, after the brother of the elder Joseph McStay requested a welfare check at their Avocado Vista Lane residence. “I just miss him. This isn’t a vacation or something; this is crazy,” said Joseph McStay’s brother, Mike. “Evidence at the family home suggested that the family had not left on a planned vacation and that the totality of the circumstances surrounding their disappearance was quite out of character for this family,” Brugos said. “It’s not normal for him not to answer his phones. He has an Internet-driven business, he would answer e-mails. No e-mails answered since the Feb. 4,” said Mike McStay. McStay’s father, who lives in Houston, told 10News his son often went to Tijuana to do business with several small companies. However, there is no indication that is where he was headed on the day his family vanished. The McStays’ dogs were still in the home, and the family apparently had made no arrangements for the animals’ care, the lieutenant told reporters. Mike McStay said the family …
